Based on the Team Noobz 3.00 dumper source and Team C&D 3.10 dumper source.

Modified to dump to various folders for each updater version: 

* F0-sigchecks-X.XX
* F0-encrypted-X.XX, and
* F0-decrypted-X.XX

where X.XX is the firmware version. Also lets you make multiple dumps on a single run-through.
